Education Leadership Consulting
He didn't just study the work.
He lived it.
If your board is stuck, your strategic plan isn't moving, or your nonprofit needs real structure, Dr. Easley fixes it, using four decades actually running the organizations you're trying to lead.
The challenge
Most boards and districts don't have a strategy problem. They have a clarity and governance problem and it's costing students.
Drifting priorities. A board and superintendent pulling in different directions. Plans that sit on a shelf. You don't need another 80-page report. You need someone who has sat in your seat and knows how to move the work.
- 1Your board and superintendent aren't rowing in the same direction
- 2You have a strategic plan, but nothing is changing on the ground
- 3Growth or a new initiative needs structure you don't have in-house
- 4You're launching something new and can't afford to get governance wrong

“His experience as a former school board president allowed him to relate to our board like few others.”
